What We Offer as a Home?

• Be a bridge between talents and clients

  We believe our main job is to bridge talents’ and clients’ needs. We will take care of confidential things between both parties and make sure to do it professionally. As we offer flexible working hours, we manage managerial things with no time limit—from the sunrise until midnight.

  There are things to note:

  1. In real life, Dominique (our mangaka) is a freelance worker. He offers flexible working hours and sometimes he will take some moment to nap
  2. Due to talents’ needs, we provide a managerial bot to ensure all forms can be accepted with his absence or inactivity during work or other personal duties
  3. Our mangaka is sometimes an early bird and night owl—depends on the circumstances. Refer to the managerial bot if he is unable to reach so that the talent is able to manage their form(s)

• Be a safe place for both parties especially our dear talents

  Our mangaka is not a gossiper as he tends to forget what happened 3 minutes ago. Your secrets are safe with him and he doesn't intend to share them publicly, unless it is something harmful to THE COMIC BOOK

• Manage financial stuff by using google spreadsheet

  We manage financial stuff using gsheet to ensure no human errors in money recapitulation. We try our best to calculate things correctly, but as we are humans, do note that errors may still occur.

• Manage schedule by using Notion

  Notion is used to mark talents' availability for future clients to see. We always update it time to time, making sure that the schedule will not overlap.

  We provide private channel as well to archive clients’ forms, schedule and track spreadsheet

• Do promotion without template or helping you by tagging on suitable menfess(es)

  As we mentioned before, our mangaka is a worker so he only provides 30% ability for promoting in suitable menfess(es). To ensure we tag you in those menfess(es), we will provide you questions to answer so we are able to know your preferences.

• Lend ears to your story

  We believe that talents need someone not only to work together, but to live in the realm together. Feel free to talk to Dominique anytime you want—be it related to business or not—as long as it doesn't cross his boundaries, he will listen and give advices if needed.

Who We Seek as a Character?

• Someone who understands basic rules of Rent World

  We don't mind to accept new talents as one of us, however, we need minimum 3 months of experience being in the realm either as a client or a manager to prevent worst case happens

• Part of LGBTQIA+

  As our mangaka is a non-binary himself, we do not condone any act of phobia towards the community. We only accept talents who are queers. We make sure every single talent in THE COMIC BOOK is not a fetishizer or someone who queerbaits

• Trustworthy

  They are reliable and responsible of their acts and words

• Passionate about being a talent

  We want to hire someone who does their job wholeheartedly, not just for the money. Being a talent is not easy, thus we want them to enjoy what they do. We need to make sure the talents enjoy their job and the client is fully satisfied about the talents’ work

• Self-promotion ability is a must

  Knowing yourself and do promotions uniquely will be A+ for us—that means you are passionate in your job. Do not hesitate to ask for our opinion of your promotion style—we will help you as long as we can

• Communicative

  Two-ways communication is essential under our roof. As we provide transparency, we expect our talents to do the same. We do not mind if you are having bad days and want to take days off for a while, or renting other talents as long as you communicate to us. You can always give critics for our wrongdoings in a good manner

• Having QRIS or e-wallet for salary
